FOURTH WALL MEME!
So, imagine for a moment that a giant snake wrecked your downtown area, and instead of just leaving behind massive amounts of destructive, that it opened something else. A glowing, pink portal appears in the middle of Locke’s business district. And through it come some very... interesting characters.
SAVE THE EARTH: FOURTH WALL MEME

Welcome to Save the Earth’s Fourth Wall Meme! Characters from all over the multi-verse are arriving in this lovely city, and they might find familiar faces, though some of those faces might not recognize them... at least, not from this life.
Go forth and post with your characters! Canon, STE, AU, whatever! Want to post options for both STE and canon versions? Go ahead! Not in game? WE DON’T CARE. Play with us anyway. Heck, make up your own STE person if you like! Then tag around to everybody!!

Rikka -> Winter
So she mostly zones it out, and one or two mentions of a Precure here and there aren't enough to actually register on her radar anymore.
She's more trying to figure out just why she's there, how she can contact Mana and the others, or if there's at least anyone she can contact that would be able to shed some light upon things.
Until she stops at a crosswalk, idly rocking back and forth on her feet. Finally, she stares across and... well.
Her heart nearly leaps out of her chest and through her throat, while she jumps back visibly at the sight of someone who looked really kind of familiar but not, yet enough to set her brain on fire trying to suddenly deduce the puzzle of what was happening at this very moment.
What. The. Hell.
Ahaha...
And then she pauses to cross the street toward the library, and... her head goes fuzzy for a moment. Because she is looking at something that should not exist. She'll just... she'll just ignore it and look back across the street again. Everything's as it should be; there's a familiar-looking girl on the other side-
Her glasses come out of her pocket, and she throws them on, trying to get a better view. Then she realizes her glasses and her contacts together won't help, and she puts them away again, and just... stares.
Something seems to click, a moment later, and as soon as the light turns white, she proceeds across the street in the other girl's direction, duty set in every feature of her expression. It wasn't every day you got to ask the person you're reincarnated from questions about yourself, after all.

...
She's coming towards her. Oh, no. That couldn't possibly be good, right? A doppleganger in stories hardly ever turned out to be good or anything. Or maybe she's over thinking things. After all, this girl seems older than her... even if she seems rather... determined...
Better safe than sorry. "Raquel! I-"
...even as the little fairy pokes his head over her shoulder, the words get choked in her throat. Because she's also looking at another Raquel. Beside the older girl.
Far too late, as she's not moved from her spot once since spotting this young woman, Rikka is wondering if a tactical retreat would have been a good idea.

...there. She steps onto the concrete, and takes a long moment to look over her other self. It's one thing to see her in pulses, but... it's quite another to see her in the flesh. There's a certain sense, a certain aura that doesn't really come across.
And that scares her, more than she can say. This person is... dangerous. But that's no reason to just be hostile... that's not how she was raised, and it's not how she operates. So, after a moment... she offers a hand, and tries to smile as gently as she can, under the circumstances. She knows she's looming a little bit - she is a couple of inches taller, though no more - and she's trying to appear as non-threatening as possible.
"I'm sorry... if I s-scared you, okay? This is going to sound weird, but... I want you to promise me. Promise me you won't run away from this. You... deserve to know what's going on. You, of a-all people, Hishikawa Rikka."

No, that clearly wouldn't be the case. What was she even thinking? She literally flew down the throat of an entity that looked like the living embodiment of Satan who was the size of three Godzillas. She shakes the uncertainty out of her head, observes the hand for just a moment, and then - with just another moment's hesitation - takes it.
Her Raquel seems not quite so convinced though, and observes his double with some suspicion.
"No, I... think there's some people who'd be really disappointed in me if I did something like that."
Still, she gives the older girl even more quizzical looks now that she's up close. It's almost like looking in a mirror and yet... ever so slightly off enough degrees that her mind's still running a mile a minute trying to make sense of it. Trying to focus on every little thing that is not her, and yet every little thing that is winds up enough to make her feel strangely disoriented.
"If you've got... any sort of an explanation though, that'd be a great place to start..."

She wants them to be friends. She wants to be able to put all her uncertainties to rest, all her worries about who her other really is. And she wants to learn more about 'herself'. But... there would be some questions to answer, first.
"I'll start with... the big bombshell. I am... you. Or m-more specifically... I'm related to you, somehow. I've been getting your memories... your powers. I think I have a clock that w-was yours, once. I've been trying... to piece together a personality from the little bits and pieces I have. It's hard to guess at who a person is with s-so little information, though... I think there are mistakes in my profile. I want... to set them straight. To set myself straight. To... be a b-better you."
There's a little bit of a foul taste in her mouth as she says it - Winter doesn't want to be Rikka. She's made that abundantly clear already, to a number of people. But... if Rikka isn't the person Winter thinks she is, then maybe she made her decision a little bit early. Maybe there is something good in there that she can take.

Even for the sort of things she had seen as a Precure, it was all a lot for Rikka's considerable brainpower to absorb. She does absorb it, and it explains a bit of why she's suddenly in a strange place she doesn't recognize or understand anything about.
Still, it gives her a headache all the same.
"This is a lot to take in. It's definitely not something you run into every day, just..." she murmurs, as other things start to rapidly fall into place. She said she'd received Rikka's memories? Her hand drops from her face, and she blinks rapidly.
If Rikka were to be entirely honest with herself - ha - she would admit there were probably things about her thought process or feelings on certain matters she wouldn't want aired in public. Or to friends. Hell, if it weren't for one friend's scarily accurate understanding of Rikka's personality, there were some things none of her friends would know about her. So especially to her friends.
Yet depending on what this girl knew, she could well know or understand any number of those things. Or have gotten the wrong impression. Or...
Ha. A 'better her.' She was still working on being an 'okay Rikka' first before anyone else got that far.
"...I- I think I understand somewhat, though. Just... can we get somewhere else? I'm not sure this is the best conversation to be having at a crosswalk."
All the while, Rikka's Raquel is still in a suspicious staring contest with his duplicate.
At least, that's what it is from his side. It may perhaps be one sided.
