[It takes a moment for Pharos to realize he's being addressed- not just because of the new name, but because of the novelty of anyone but Minako being the one to talk to him.]

Are you speaking to me? [here, have a rather subdued look, Toushirou. He's being surprisingly low-key today...]

Oh. [Strange... he's certain this boy is someone he's never come across before. How could he?] Why did you call me Phillip?

[Yeah, okay, this is strange enough behaviour that he finally notices it even through the throbbing headache.]

Because it's your name. [Also finally noticing the pajamas.] What are you doing out of the house like that, anyway? And you're acting weird.

No it isn't. [He'll focus on that part of it for now, seeing as he doesn't quite understand the rest of what this person is saying.]

[... What? Phillip, this is creepy. You're not supposed to be creepy. You're supposed to be annoying.] Of course it is. It's not like I'm going to mistake that spirit energy for anyone else's.

[It's literally impossible for him to do that. His spiritual energy basically screams, "HI, I'M PHILLIP!"]

That doesn't make it my name. [because it still isn't.]

[Brow furrowing, here. He's not sure what all this means.]

... Then what is your name?

My name is Pharos. [He smiles very slightly, looking over at the other boy in what's more a penetrating stare than anything.] What's yours?

... Quit that. [Yeah, no. Not answering the question yet. The smile is super creepy. Stop it.]

Quit what? [humans are very strange.]

The smiling. It's creepy as hell. Knock it off.

Don't people smile when good things happen? [But he'll stop smiling. Instead you get this really passive stare!]

[Yeah, no. That's not right, either. For no apparent reason, Toushirou finds himself testing his footing. Even he's not exactly sure what he's trying to prepare for.]
