Catch the snatcher or rough them up - you may or may not be surprised, if you come to blows or a chase, to find on throwing a punch that they're much quicker and/or sturdier than you'd have expected. [Indeed, it does. She stops abruptly, flipping the case horizontally in front of her and slamming it into ground in front of her horizontally. She doesn't look around, but she does speak.]

Oh? [there's a low laugh.] I suppose I was a little obvious. [A figure in blue and yellow armor steps out of a nearby alley, an unusual bow in one hand.]

Saretha, isn't it?

[She turns in the direction of the alley, inclining her head just ever so slightly to one side. The armor was... interesting, if significantly different from her own. The familiarity, though... Knowing who she was, that was one thing...]

Hmnn. More than a little. And that appearance isn't exactly made for stealth. [Her head tilts down a bit.] I don't believe we have met, or at least ... Not like this.

[That armor did have her at a bit of a disadvantage, completely concealing his identity.]

Hmm, too right. New Locks may be called for. [he reaches behind him into a simple black oilcloth satchel, retrieving a collapsible umbrella and popping it open. The figure cancels his transformation.

A flash of light, and there's a young man in a lab coat standing there. The most immediately noticeable detail is the white streak through his hair.]

[The name tingles a bit of familiarity in the back of her mind. She knows at least enough of where to connect it to, and that leaves her on her guard. Enough at least, that she doesn't budge an inch, because she otherwise chooses to not show anymore tension than she already is.]

Besides being illegal, stalking is a bad way to get acquainted with someone. It may lead to some... misunderstandings.

[And at that, her grip does tighten on the case before her, just slightly.]

[he half raises an eyebrow, smirking.]
