Or your workplace is trashed, if not some real estate you had in the area, and you'll be needing a helping hand - or are trying to offer one!
> Help, help, I've been robbed - your bag or wallet's just been snatched, or is in the process of being snatched. Catch the snatcher or rough them up - you may or may not be surprised, if you come to blows or a chase, to find on throwing a punch that they're much quicker and/or sturdier than you'd have expected. Maybe someone will dive in to back you up.

[If he's expecting a reaction out of that name, he's going to be disappointed. To Alexander, the name is completely foreign. so all he offers in return is a handshake.]

Nice to meet you. [ He frowns, wondering why he's not reacting despite their earlier pulse resonance. Shaking the hand, he wonders if hallelujah's presence is blocking the pulse from Alex. ]

Do you suffer from headache often?

[He lets out a small sigh. Its not a touchy subject, but it is something that he's been dealing with for a long time.]

Yeah... ever since I was kid. They usually don't happen this often, though.

[ He observes him for a moment before shrugging casually, unable to come to any conclusion about the bizarre pulses. ]

[ Looking down at Grace, he smiles at the now relatively calm dog. ] She's beautiful. How old is she?

[There are no pulses. Only Alex. And the psychopath living in his subconscious who thinks that Tieria has dyed his hair.]

She's two. My mom adopted her, but when she moved, her new apartment wouldn't allow pets. So rather than send Grace to the pound, she's come to stay with me for a while.

[ Psychopath need to stop blocking his pulse because this is going to end up being really awkward for all of them.

He squats down again to play with Grace. It's not hard to see he's an animal person from the way his eyes light up. ]

That's good. Don't send her to the pound. You said for a while, are you planning to give her away?

[What's the fun of having a psychopath living in your head if he isn't fucking up everything for you?]

No, but I'm assuming that when my mother moves again, she'll want Grace back. [Kneeling down himself, he pets Grace's coat. The dog is quite happy getting the attention of the two men, wagging her little tail.] Of course, I've had her for over a year now, so she may have to fight me for her.

Grace seems to like you, though.

[ It's confusing as hell, for one. ]

She's moving again? Why? [ He scratches below her ear, allowing Grace to nuzzles and licks his hand. ] Well, judging by her appearance alone, it's easy to tell you take good care of her. Her furs are so well groomed.

[ He grins at that. ] I grew up on the farm. [ Which is to say, he's good with animal. ]

[Crazy isn't supposed to be easy to understand.]

Probably because she misses having a pet. I get the feeling she's a little lonely without one, especially since I can't visit all that much.

Do you miss the farm?

[ You're just being difficult for the heck of it. ]

I see. It'll be good if she can settles down later. It's too stressful for Grace to readjust to a new surrounding again and again.

I do. I still return home whenever I can, so it's not too bad. [ Patting Grace once more time, he stands up so he can talk to Alexander properly. ] Sorry, am I holding you up?
