How'd it be if your deadbeat father, school-age daughter, or ex-lover turned up on the network?

Come on in and use this meme to list notable friends, relatives, acquaintances, etc. of your characters or characters who you plan on bringing in who are available to turn out to be fellow reincarnates! Give basic necessary descriptions and information of the people in question (so, say, your character from a strict household doesn't wind up getting a mother who is by nature as impossibly laid-back as they come!) and plan as you like with others!

Shou's mom is a pianist that does tours and stuff, and Shou himself is pretty good with the piano and a couple other instruments. He also has a trust fund and often gently prodded into hob knobbing with the hob knobs even though he can be a bit restless. He never majored in music but he can be gently prodded into showing off at functions by a) mom, b) dad or c) girlfriend of the evening. So they could be acquaintances by way of hob knob festivities?

Oh yes please. If he's been made to show off much, Audrey would know of him. If his mother's much of a gossip, he'd likely know about her family. Audrey's playing was never trotted out but she's known to have a passing fancy for the piano. She's learning it now in college as well.

Oooh, it's likely also run through the gossip mill that she's going to a more public college. though not really which one. Haha.

Oh he has been made to show off a lot. His mom can be a gossip, mainly trying to hook Shou up to a proper lady and not the kind he likes, so if there are marriageable women there he is shown off to them. He might be a bit rude about getting girls at these things talking to him, but catch him alone or not being forced to interact, he can be a sweetie.

Of course his appearance has shifted from a pout face Asian with blue eyes to this whole bleached blond party boy persona he has now.

Shou's 25, yes? Audrey's only 17 so he's a bit too old for her to be tossed as marriagable material. Unless his mother could totally look past age for the heiress of a well-known publishing company.

Actually, that would be pretty damn hilarious. What do you say to the pair of them knowing each other from a few hoity-toity events, at least one of which his mother pressed poor Shou on her like Miss Bennet trying to wed off her daughters?

Yup, 25, and setting him up for marriage once he 'settles down and gets his degree' would probably be something that could have happened. Shou pretty much said no to the whole degree thing and they are afraid that if he doesn't get engaged or something soon, he will turn into a crazy cat man or something like that.

That could have worked. He certainly would have been so embarrassed and apologizing about his parents once they're out of hearing.
