[Irene usually is fine with the wind, but not when it's this bad. Her hair is going to be impossible to comb out now, and that's going to put her in a bit of a mood, and then what was meant to be a soothing afternoon will all fall apart in some sort of domino effect.

Or so she thinks, anyway.

When she can, she ducks into the nearest building to get a touch of relief from it. Maybe it'll die down soon.]

[Whatever plans Irene had made, she's going to need to cancel them. Victor wants sushi for dinner tonight, which means he wants something that will lift his mood after a more stressful than usual day at work.]
