Convention Panel Meme!

How To Play!
1. This meme assumes that all character canons don't exist in this reality. They've all been created for the show
2. Post with your character. You are now writing the character's "actor" in this strange meta-universe. Include their real name and a little bit about where they came from. Are they a fan favorite? A newcomer to television lucky enough to get their start on such a successful show?
3. Post anonymously (or not) to ask fan questions of other characters! Everything from the ordinary to shipping stuff to creepy and weird. Talk about the show, hint at characters' preincarnations and tease audiences about the crazy stuff future Echoes will bring. Talk about what actors you like to work with and who you can't stand to be around. Tell stories of pranks and shenanigans on set!
4. Or just do whatever you want to do. I don't know. I'm not your boss.
[Teaser Footage/Bloopers]
For bloopers, pull up an already completed thread and re-act it out here complete with line flubs, giggle attacks, jokes and everything else you can imagine!
[teaser]
The screen's black, and there's the sound of a jet engine, and just the briefest shot of a pair of robotic feet hovering just above the ground, someone blurry cowering in the background]

I assure you all, we have fantastic things in store for miss Maya. I know quite a few of you are big fans... let's see.
[aw shit it's footage time
Maya is shown picking up a strange, giant key. She speaks...]
Everything I've written is true, and not true.
There are keys, and there are many worlds...
[She twirls the key in her hand, and drops into a very different fighting stance than her usual fencing stance]
And there is a war against the night that may end us all. But know this...
[Blue light crackles around her, gathering at her hands. Her eyes open, and they are a much deeper blue than before. Cut to black.]
Even in the deepest darkness, there is light.
blooper
... So that's the situation everyone. You have to keep a look out. If what I remember is right, who knows what they're capable of creating. Look out for anything walking around that shouldn't ... more than usual.

When suddenly the scene switches dramatically to a dark, stormy park scene, where very brief glimpses of creatures (Vermedi, maybe?) are seen, before the camera swooshes back Phillip, watching the scene and about to cry.]
I changed my mind.
I don't want powers.
[Bloopers/Gag reel]
Left! To the left! Whoa-- look out for the dumpster! [[a laugh]] Here, walk the way I'm leaning, c'mon! Whooo! Faster! Faster! [[Unknown to poor Daichi who can't see much in his suit, they're heading directly for one of the crew members who turns just in time to be smashed into. In a moment of epic flailing, both bug and Richard toppling over. Not that Richard seems to mind, he's laughing even as he's on the ground. ]] Little too fast!

I remember somebody telling me something once....
[The video comes in, showing her walking down one of the Dead Zone streets late at night. She's carrying that obsidian dagger in her hand.]
There are two ways to stay safe.
[She stops and looks up ahead where shadows creep out into the street ahead of her, Vermedi or creatures under their control.]
Either be so quiet and harmless that people ignore you--
[The screen slams to black for a beat.]
-- or be so dangerous that they're terrified of you.
[The video slams back in to show Vanessa high up in the air above the shadows. She spins once, scattering a handful of sparkling bits of metal ahead of her that shoot down to tear through the shadows. She follows, swinging her dagger and the teaser ends.]

[Soft-focus shot of a park on a sunny day, Julien on a bench with legs crossed, texting rapidly. There he is on voiceover.]
We can't stay who we were forever.
[A bunch of images and brief clips play as the voiceover continues. Hanging out with various other characters, X-ray type images of his lungs and voicebox, a closeup shot of his horizontal blink, working in the clinic. The voice effect starts subtle and gets progressively less so.]
Even if you find a way to stand still, everything else will leave you behind. No matter how hard you try to prevent change, it will still come. The world, and your friends, will still change.
[Back to the bench, a closer shot. Julien's still texting, but looks worried even as the voiceover becomes passionate.]
Of course it scares me. What's waiting on the other side? No way of knowing until we get there. So! Keep your chin up. We'll make it if we keep going - whatever happens, don't stop. Always move forwards!
[Cut to black, and the last line is delivered in a tired, cracked tone.]
Right up until you can't.

[teaser part1]
Ever since this started I've been remembering heroes.
[The screen suddenly shows the camera moving over a pair of black multi-belted boots worn by someone, but the rest cannot be seen. It then goes back to black as the voice starts again.]
Angels, cyborgs, mages, secret agents. The list goes on and on.
[Another flash, this time of a red chest plate with a blurry white line across the chest before slowly rotating to the person's back and showing a white scarf hanging down.]
I know it's all important and I know it has to mean something since I've found them here too.
[The screen just slowly turns red this time with the faces of five women quickly flashing across it.]
Most importantly, I know what you are.
[For only a few moments the screen shows a shot from behind the figure it'd been teasing before, only showing him from the shoulders down while facing a figure down the road from him, just barely out of focus but seemingly wearing a large trench coat.]
[teaser part 2]
[blooper]
Which Dan is doing as this is playing, actually. Scarlet to the ears and trying not to smile. Wow the fangirls are happy.]

Bloopers
"God dammit, Ito!"
The camera pans back around to show Paul's actor sitting up, laughing as the director stomps into view, grabs Miller's gun and mimes shooting Minoro.]
[Later in the blooper reel, there's a brief bit--obviously shot in between scenes--of Minoro dancing a soft shoe to the song "Happy Together" with one of the extras playing a Vermini.]
[Teaser]
"The flashbacks everyone's been getting... they all come from the same place, don't they?"
[[a shot from a previously unseen echo of Egypt. Another brief shot of a modern cityscape. A third of a shadowy shape outlined in a golden glow as the sound of a windchime echoes out.]]
"These memories..."
[[a tan foot in a golden sandal in the sands of the desert. A pale hand setting bag down on a school desk. A body falling to the ground in an alleyway]]
"There are three different of me..."
[[Bakura's silhouette standing in a dark room before suddenly, the lights turn on above him, three shadows spilling out on the floor in three directions, the shadow of the teen's hair obscuring his face.]]
"How long can that last, I wonder?"
[[The camera suddenly zooms in to catch a glint off Bakura's eyes as he looks up, blank expression turning abruptly into a sick twisted grin before he lunges forward, the screen going black once more.]]
"Ne... won't you play a game with me....?"
[[The clatter of dice. The flutter of cards spilling to the ground.
A single drip of blood.]]
[bloopers]
[but hey remember that intense scene where Chris was murdering a dog? She takes out her gun to shoot the oncoming beastie (invisible here since it's CGI) and
drops the gun
beat]
Soooooooooooo.

Would have killed them myself.
[Cut to a ravaged wasteland, with little else but desert in ruins.]
Latest data in. Population growth unacceptable. No choice. Data is clear.
[Another voice begins to object, but Mordin cuts it off as the footage cuts to the Shroud, dispersing a green cloud of unknown substance.]
No choice.
[Cut to black.]
Data is clear.
[teaser]
I said... I didn't want to be a burden. I thought I knew what that meant.
[Brief shots: A small medkit sitting next to an apparently-exhausted Raquel. Winter leaning over a prone form whose identity is unknown, and holding her head in her hands, her hair masking the expression on her face.]
I said... I wanted to know about that girl, and not-me. I expected certain things.
[Another flash: Rikka making a passionate declaration to an oddly-garbed girl with long blonde hair. A very brief cut to Raquel with another plushie, this one pink.]
But... I know this. No matter what h-happens...
[One last shot, this one in motion: Winter looking extremely hesitant, before taking what is very clearly a martial arts stance, though it looks a little sloppy; the image cuts hard to black.]
...my precious people will be protected. I won't run away any more...!
[Anyone watching Diana and not the screen will find that she's mouthing the words right along with the trailer, her face set in a very good impression of what Winter would look like saying the same.]
[Teaser]
I hear a voice. An echoing voice . . . crushing, engulfing, falling into my hand. Like thunder . . .
[A barren, wintry expanse gradually fades into view.] I dream of a plain of ice. On that plain of ice, I die.
[A montage of clips from upcoming combat scenes, tightly focused on him. Included are shots of him using his supposed teleportation to escape Vermedi attacks, uses of his cryokinesis. But the last few are close-ups of a katana's blade, most of them as the sword sweeps out in an attacking arc. And more speech, spread out over the course of the montage:]
That voice . . . Now I decide to search, to move forward and find it.
[And the montage abruptly ends with the form of a massive, sinuous dragon made of ice streaking toward the screen with a resounding roar until it looks like the camera has been devoured by the dragon's maw. The screen goes dark again, filled with the final, echoing words:]
Even if I die on this plain of ice.
[Bloopers]
AAAAARRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHAHGARBLGARBLGARBLEIMMELTINGGARBLGARBLE
[And Chris "classically trained" Hedgwick can be spotted facepalming behind her.]
...Really?
Isaac! I'm fading fast! Take my hand my love! Before I lose your grip!
[No words. Just stone face.]

The sword is lifted off the medal by three blue beams and Anthony takes it, glowing blue itself, out of the air. Brings it close enough to light up his face - in a few places bloody holes are beginning to be eaten into his skin, and his eyes are sunken and grayed-out.
He reels, back hunched, throwing an is-the-coast-clear look on guard behind him with the camera angled and zoomed out, experimentally getting into the most solid fighting stance he can.
There's a cut to a brighter scene of "the messenger" standing stunned in a doorway, looking much the same way as Anthony, dragging a longsword behind him. Focus shifts to a hooded man grinning in front of an altar, also in a similar state, who lurches toward him, grabs him by the shoulders and lunges for his neck with his teeth bared while the messenger tries to shake loose.
Flash-cuts of a combat scene - glowing sword lashing at monsters, yanking out of a downed one. As the screen goes black a couple of solid seconds, Anthony's voice comes on very hoarse, very tired and croaking - but not nervous. In fact, more hopeful, if very deliberately.]
It's...
[Continues as the screen lights back up to Anthony - head too bowed for his face to show up, but otherwise looking a bit roughed-up, catching his breath flashing yellow.]
...nothing that's - going to kill me... remember?
[Then his arm drops off.
A split-second look at his face as he looks down after it before the screen whites out.]
[bloopers]
Also a clip of her pointing out the back of the prop iPhone to the camera and giggling because YEAH IT LOOKS LIKE THIS.]
[teaser]
Everyone secretly hopes they're special. That they've been chosen. That's just human nature.
[he laughs, short and unhappy.] Of course, most of us are barely human anymore.
[a few brief flashes of "Cas" fighting some guys in suits with the knife, wearing the coat. A dark-haired woman walking toward him, but her face is horrifically disfigured. Him standing beside another woman, a redhead, her hair blowing dramatically in the wind.]
All I know is he was searching for something. Someone. And he had more faith than I do now.
[a close up of his preincarnation's face, his head tilted, looking somehow fascinated.]
You don't think you deserve to be saved?
[and look, it's that guy from his dream, looking pissed, and--driving a knife into Emmanuel's chest. Uh.]
[that's it! there are definitely some screams of frustration from the audience.]
