THE SAVE THE EARTH COMIC-CON PANEL

Save the Earth, the unexpected hit television show known for managing to juggle tons and tons of characters each with their own plotlines and bizarre "preincarnation" stories has come to Comic-Con! The cast has assembled for a Q&A panel as well as screenings of never-before-seen blooper and possibly some teaser footage that may give some insight into who and what the characters are becoming.

How To Play!
1. This meme assumes that all character canons don't exist in this reality. They've all been created for the show
2. Post with your character. You are now writing the character's "actor" in this strange meta-universe. Include their real name and a little bit about where they came from. Are they a fan favorite? A newcomer to television lucky enough to get their start on such a successful show?
3. Post anonymously (or not) to ask fan questions of other characters! Everything from the ordinary to shipping stuff to creepy and weird. Talk about the show, hint at characters' preincarnations and tease audiences about the crazy stuff future Echoes will bring. Talk about what actors you like to work with and who you can't stand to be around. Tell stories of pranks and shenanigans on set!
4. Or just do whatever you want to do. I don't know. I'm not your boss.

[Nick's mostly too new to have a universal fan opinion, but there's definitely some speculation on his true involvement, given his current loyalty to the police.

Darryl himself is pretty much exactly like Nick's pre-reincarnation personality - flirty, snarky, gets along with just about everyone, occasionally plays pranks on set. He's been on a number of other things, but never for very long, and has a reputation for being open and approachable with fans.]

[A wild fangirl is in the audience! What will you do!?]

Darryl! What's the most fun you've had on set thus far?

[Give her a huge grin, of course!]

Aside from filming? Well, that'd have to be putting goldfish in Chet's dressing room, and stacking as many chairs in Ethan's as I could fit.

[He lowers his voice.]

But don't let that get around, they don't know it was me.

[Kristin takes this chance to jump in.]

Yeah. Darryl thinks we don't know who keeps putting stuff in our dressing rooms. [She leans over the table to look toward him, oh, she hasn't forgotten the fungus-rat prop in her drawer.] But we do.

[She addresses the fans again. She's grinning through and there's a good amount of affection in her tone.] He is a bad man and you should all stop liking him.

[Nick keeps grinning, entirely unapologetic, even as he attempts to shoot a disbelieving look over at Kristin.

When that fails, he leans forward, cupping his hand around his mouth as though trying to block her from hearing him, although his voice is loud enough to easily carry over.]

What she's conveniently not mentioning is that she's often my partner in crime.

[Her jaw drops as she stares down the table at him in only-partly sincere outrage.]

I am not! You just keep trying to put the blame on me!

[This is totally the face of pure innocence here.]

Would I lie to all of our lovely fans?

[For every sane fan, there's inevitably a crazy one. A little girl comes up to the panel and asks shyly if Darryl wouldn't mind talking about the unfolding police bromance between Kotetsu and Nick, at which point the older girl with her, presumably her sister, blurts out You and Isamu would be soooooo cute together! while the younger girl groans and mutters about he's married under her breath.]

[The bright smile stays on his face for the first girl's question, expression cheerful and eager, because he's always happy to expand on his character and Nick's relationships.]

I'd love to, we-

[And then he falters, the sister's outburst throwing him off a bit. Sure, he's heard of fanfiction and stuff, but he hadn't realized it extended to the actors. Fortunately, he recovers quickly, the smile back on his face.]

She's right, he's very happily married, so as undeniably attractive as he is, I'm afraid I'll have to continue to suffer quietly, as I'm sure a number of our fans are there are. At least I'm in good company.

[...and he has no idea he's likely just contributed to a camp of fans who believe Darryl's secretly pining away.]
