Action log sometime where Julien stealths up behind Becky and scares the everliving crap out of her? And then I can Echo her a memory of Mrs. Frederic, who regularly stealths up behind people and scares the everliving crap out of them. (Rewatched an episode last night where a guy's getting something out of his fridge and she PHOTOBOMBS IN BEHIND HIM, holy crap.)

Huh! He could scare her inadvertently. There are people Julien might do that as like a test or a prank, but not many! Still, you can badly startle someone without meaning to.
