[Julia's an energetic young woman under most circumstances, though a little demanding; walking out the college's front gate, umbrella in hand, she sighs at the rain. She'd been hoping to get some studying in before the storm rolled in, but that was clearly a non-starter. Looking out at the falling droplets...

...she gets a weird feeling of vertigo, as the bottom of her stomach seems to fall out, and there's a feeling of emptiness. Along with it, she sees... someone. A girl, longish blonde hair, talking to a brunette with her hands on the other girl's shoulders, seemingly telling her to get it together, though the words aren't really coming together. There's a bright red handprint on the other girl's face, too - did she do that?

As the memory fades, Julia's face clouds. First the plain silver ring, and now...?]

What's going on in this city...?

[Shaking her head, she starts to walk down the street, making her way to the nearest coffee shop to (hopefully) wait out the storm; busy as it is, she orders a tall cup of black coffee and takes a seat, gazing out the window, absently twisting the ring on her finger.]
