Another round of the CR/Plotting Meme with which to begin a new year!

As always, the meme's open for making arrangements with and between not only current but potential characters in StE; there will be a header under which to comment with potential characters - when doing so, please label with characters' reincarnated names (if decided!) and pre-incarnated names and canons in the comments' subject lines.

Kadin Last-Name??? / OC

Character: Kadin
Pre-Incarnation: Also Kadin, but presumably with some kind of last name.

Kadin is a character I first conceived of for a DnD campaign, but then never wound up using, but I liked him so much I found him a pb and started fleshing him out to use around DWRP. An outdated version of his backstory is here from around the time I first started playing him. Since then I removed the elements of his backstory that were specific to the Ark and added some actual conflict. Aka instead of peacefully working it out with the main bully, he accidentally kills him, then flees the monastery in shame.

So tl;dr with Kadin's preincarnation is that he was a naga adopted by a family of human monks in a fantasy type setting. As a kid he was excluded and ridiculed for not having legs, although he did have some measure of support from friends and mentors. Eventually there was a showdown with the main bully who Kadin wound up killing. This fucked him up and he's still sad about it. He's got a lot of 'I'm a monster' type guilt going on. He's a bit of a religious nut, but in a fairly harmless way.

AS FOR HIS REINCARNATION all I have so far is that he'd be 18 years old, adopted, heavily involved with the a Unitarian Church group of some kind, and he'd be in a wheelchair due to Spina Bifida. He's into architecture and wheelchair rugby as well as does volunteer work at the hospital helping motivate people and getting people to do their physical therapy and things like that.

His first echo would be that he hates wearing clothes.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Anyone in his school or in his church would probably know about him. His preincarnation is outgoing, cheery and almost aggressively friendly.

Open/Wanted CR: I don't have anything in mind, but I just want to put it on the record that I am SO DOWN with negative CR. Kadin dealing with ableism and bullying has always been a huge part of his character arc, so if your character would be indelicate or outright mean to Kadin because of his disability know that I won't shy away from that in the least.

Other Info: I plan to have him echo back more muscle mass, eventually curing his birth defect and providing him with a pair of normally functional legs. He will of course not be super happy about this, as his disability has always been a huge part of his life, and he sees it more as a source of strength and conviction than anything else. Then they'll fuse into a snake tail and he'll be considerably more okay with that. Anyone who would wtf at this thought process is highly encouraged to get to know Kadin before all that happens.

Serena Tsukino | Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon)

Pre-Incarnation: Usagi Tsukino AKA SAILOR MOOOOOOOOON

Serena is your average fourteen-year-old high school freshman who enjoys video games, comics and cartoons, manga and anime, and making arts of dubious quality. Her dad is the editor of the newspaper. Her family is Japanese-American but her grandparents were the ones who immigrated over and she's only actually fluent in English She barely manages to pass her classes. She probably goes to Starling-Chandler?

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Friends or rivals among her classmates would be rad. Cute boys who work customer service for her to crush on.

Open/Wanted CR: Of course she should join magical girl squad. (Character-specific, I'm especially curious as to if Homura's player want to have some CR happen there?)

Other Info: I'll probs be using tokusatsu Usagi as a PB until she echoes back blondness and proper odangos.

Anything Else?: I am the one named Sailor Moon.

Jesús Reyes/Rex Salazar // Generator Rex

Character: Jesús Reyes (I'm trying to come up with a nickname for him, the best I've got right now is "Chuck" but I'm kind of iffy on it still)
Pre-Incarnation: Rex Salazar, from Generator Rex!

Rex is an amnesiac with super cool robot powers in an almost-apocalyptic world working for a well-meaning but questionable organization that takes care of (or, gets Rex to try and cure) the mutated monsters that were created by the same technology that gave Rex his powers!

Jesús, however...I'm still working out his background, honestly. But I'm thinkin' he's a Mexican expat with diplomat parents (or maybe he's adopted and his parents are diplomats? And maybe he has an older brother?) who's lived all over the world, most recently settling in Locke this past August. He's 15/16, currently attending Locke City Academy, and joined the Blood Keys a few months after moving to Locke with the intention of helping others. (He thinks of the Blood Keys as being modern-day Robin Hoods, he's kind of naive and idealistic. Just a bit.)

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: His parents are totally open for anyone who'd like that position (especially because they're so vague right now because I don't know what the hell I'm doing with his family, so I'm open to negotiation). LCA students may recognize him as one of the new kids. And of course, he's a Blood Key, so GANG MEMBERS GET AT ME.

Open/Wanted CR: I have no planned CR honestly so I'd love to plan anything and everything, positive and negative! Playing Rex is kind of an experiment, so I'd love to see where things go with him. Also, he'll be turning into even more of a cyborg than standard Blood Keys stuff, so ALL THE CYBORG/ROBOT CHARACTERS COME TO ME

Other Info: I really want to play with his status as a 'good' network guy and a 'bad' blood keys guy. give me all of the moral ambiguity CR, people. DO IT.

Also, he loves shitty soap operas. Days of our Goodbyes is one of his favorites.

Anything Else?: I'm probably going to spoil the FUCK out of this show for you guys. So you should watch it before I app him. Y'know, just to be safe. Do it.

Paragon Supreme Torin | Kyoryuger

Pre-Incarnation: So he's a ridiculously old (100 million-plus years) bird-lizard-man-thing who witnessed the death of the dinosaurs at the hands of a hostile alien race, helped some surviving dinosaurs adapt into giant robots, and worked really hard to partner those dinosaurs with humans to make the Power Rangers to make a team called the Kyoryugers. He is the Paragon Supreme Torin, and he is awesome enough to back that title up.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: So he's going to be reincarnated as an escaped zoo parrot. I'm not really sure what pre-network CR that means, unless someone plays a vet or zookeeper or witnessed a parrot in the process of flying away from the zoo.

Open/Wanted CR: I have a parrot who will be getting some really bizarre echoes back (including but not limited to a giant brachiosaur robot), so anything is good.

Other Info: He's probably going to need a place to stay, and while I have had several offers on Plurk and such, I don't know where the best place for him to end up is going to be. ^^;; He will also probably freak out and have the worst echo trains if exposed to anything dinosaur-related, so that'll be fun!

An up and coming actress. She's actually kind of a dork despite public appearances. Pretty eccentric, over-dramatic.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Locke City born and raised, she's 23 so might have gone to school together or something! Also being an actor, possibly seen on tv or whatever? Probably also frequents various coffee shops/restaurants/etc

In her pre-incarnation, Sayvil was eldritch horse-like angelic being-thing with psychic/magic powers who in her previous life (which she had mostly total recall of) was a member of the Heralds of Valdemar aka the Magic Horse Special Task Force. She was the SECOND to last Herald-Mage for like thousands of years.

In her current incarnation she's somebody's horse. I don't know whose.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Anybody want a horse?

Open/Wanted CR: Anybody want a horse talking psychically in their head? One that's basically a stubborn middle-aged lady with no patience for fools?

Other Info: Sayvil would be echoing back stuff from both her life as a Companion and her life as Savil, but her final form will remain a magic talking horse-thingy. Her canon can be kind of ridiculous. Also, I'm not entirely sure if Mindspeech would transfer over the network and thus am not entirely sure how playable she is.

Anything Else?: My adolescent self was excessively fond of teenage wish fulfillment fantasy novels with magic talking horses. This is the result of that.

Also, I may or may not app her because I have someone I else I want to app first and also I would need to canon review all three of the Last-Herald Mage books, plus By The Sword first to get a handle on her voice. But. Magic horse thing.

winry thalberg (winry rockbell) | fullmetal alchemist

A friend is apping Owain from Fire Emblem: Awakening and he and Winry are going to be twins! Twins who will be moving to Locke City from Germany so they will be super new. She's very much as she is in canon except perhaps more temperamental with the deaths of their parents being a much more recent thing than it was in canon.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Family could be a thing--not immediate--but it is something we would need to work out with Jess (Owain-mun) as well. Friends is a possibility since prior to them moving permanently both would visit their family in LC during the summer.

The two of them are going to be running a gaming channel similar to Game Grumps, Two Best Friends, Vine Sauce etc. So they could be known via that.

Open/Wanted CR: I'm up for anything.

Other Info: For those unfamiliar with her Winry is a genius tech/doctor who makes automail! Fully functioning prosthetic limbs. She doesn't have this know-how (yet) but she is still great with tech and mechanics of all sorts. A bit of a mad scientist, she is always creating all sorts of gadgets.

William Thomas Winchester // Blitzcrank, The Great Steam Golem

Character: William Thomas "Bill" Winchester.
Pre-Incarnation: Blitzcrank, the Great Steam Golem, champion in the League of Legends.

Blitzcrank, created by a brilliant team of magical/technology scientists, was originally a waste-reclamation bot who, in the interests of safety, was given the ability to make on the fly judgements. As robots given abilities to make judgements on their own are wont to do, Blitzcrank started to learn and became a fully sentient steam-and-magic-powered automaton. A huge debate wages, over which credit was falsely claimed, until Blitzcrank humbly filed for autonomy in the courts of Zaun, a motion which the public overwhelmingly supported. Distressed by the controversy, he left for the League of Legends, to mingle with other situationally unique and find his own way. He's tough, and maybe a bit rough around the edges, but he's certainly kind.

William is in much the same vein, though less magic and steam and steel and more flesh and blood. Early 50s, he's lived in Locke practically most of his life, though I'm toying with the idea of him having lived in Texas during his childhood. In the game, he'd be running a rather modest, if fairly successful business known as Winchester's Bolts And Wrenches (Often just called Winchester's.), a Locke City staple as a mechanics and parts place that graduated into a sort of catch-all mechanics and electronic repair shop, with Bill himself as the shop's patron.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Of what I have together for Bill, he could have any of the following:

- Family, particularly nieces/nephews.
- Co-Workers of Winchester's
- Students from part-time teaching at Locke U
- People who just know of him as the local repair shop guy.
- Regulars at Winchester's?
- OTHER STUFF PROBABLY

Open/Wanted CR: Bill is a kind-hearted meddler by nature who's slow to anger. I can see him as a sort of dad/uncle role to a lot of characters, though obviously some will be more trouble than that. And I figure he can mingle more with the adult crowd than say, Mac. :'| I'm open for basically anything and everything.

Other Info: HE WILL BE TURNING INTO A ROBOT AT SOME POINT. A MAGITEK STEAM ROBOT. SO. THERE'S THAT.

Anything Else?: Obviously, he's not quite set in stone, and Blitzcrank's story is a bit paper-thin and cobbled together from what we have of him featured in League. I'd appreciate anyone who knows more about League lore than me to bring any information I might have missed to my knowledge, since I want to flesh out Bill and Blitz equally.

Itsuki Koizumi | Haruhi Suzumiya

Character: Kyle... something. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M DOING
Pre-Incarnation: Itsuki Koizumi

Once upon a time there was a Japanese boy named Itsuki Koizumi who was unwittingly given supernatural psychic powers by a teenage girl. He somehow knew this, though he isn't entirely sure why. All he (and other psychics) knew is that they should watch this girl and make sure she didn't fuck over the world.

This is all really irrelevant to the fact that Koizumi IS AN ASSHOLE WHO LIKES PHILOSOPHY A LOT. He will act like a perfectly pleasant guy with a smile that never EVER leaves his face then BAM! You're stuck in a conversation about what forces caused this or that and all the various meanings and lack of meanings to existence. THERE IS NO ESCAPE. DISCUSS THESE IDEAS FOREVER.

So obviously I consider him incredibly eccentric and thus love him.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: My ideas for "Kyle" are very vague, but the idea is that he'd be known around college campuses as "that guy who doesn't shut the fuck up". He is the typical, holier than thou, LOOK AT ME I'M SO INTELLIGENT kind of philosophy major that everyone hates.

He also has a fairly large family and feels an urge to stick out by spewing whatever he's found. If I get around to doing this, I'd be open to any family members he might have.

Open/Wanted CR: Negative CR with Koizumi is hilarious to me because THIS IS THE EXACTLY CORRECT REACTION YOU SHOULD HAVE. However, if some cr with people who can get him to stop acting like a moron for five minutes would also be pretty great.

Other Info: Other than diverting conversation for his rants, Koizumi likes making expressive gestures, board games, and swearing eternal loyalty to one teenage girl. He also may or may not be gay. I think he's probably bi.

Oh, and his psychic powers can only manifest inside a teenage girl's personal temper tantrum dimensions. That seems important.

Anything Else?: Well, that really depends on what else there might be to say or if saying anything has any meaning whatsoever. In the vastness of the universe blah blah blah ultimately meaningless blah blah blah it's all quite an interesting concept, wouldn't you agree?

Owen Thalberg (Owain) | Fire Emblem: Awakening

Twin to Winry from Fullmetal Alchemist in this setting, Owen has been living in Germany most of his life (and yes has a cute accent) but visited LC in the summers. His parents recently died so he's still recovering from that. He's pretty similar to his earlier self, even still tending to randomly being 'IC' and talking like a cheesy fantasy hero.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Extended family would be nice! Owen doesn't get along with a lot of his non Grandma family though, as a lot of them think of him as a little...touched.

Friends too! He has a lot of dorky intrests such as drama, LARPing/tabletop, and weapon collecting/repair (he makes small chainmail items even). Oh also he runs a gaming channel (ala Game Grumps, Two Best Friends) with his sister, but it's still a bb venture. He is the Jon/Matt of their pair for sure.

Open/Wanted CR: I would love dorky friends for him. He needs to find a hardcore D&D group to join asap. An evil rival.

Other Info: Owen is super friendly but he haaaates being called crazy/weird/etc. And if your character is the type to tease don't expect good cr with him (or his sister. She might beat you up)

Sunshine "Sunny" Thomas | OC

Pre-Incarnation: HAHAHA yeah, about that...

Sunny's being built as a non-numbered character; I don't have icons or a PB for her quite yet but I'm still shopping around (but no, if anyone has ideas, I do need help). She's the proprietor of, and lead mechanic at, Sunday Drive, an auto repair shop downtown. She's 22, loud, a little hands-off anything a wrench won't fix, and she's looking for a good time. And I'm ready to bring her in pretty much as soon as apps are open - here's hers, if anyone's interested.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Sunny was part of the LCHS class of 2009; all her high school buddies are either well into college or have graduated into the working world, but it's not impossible someone she knew from then is still around. More likely, if you've met her, you've been by her garage. She doesn't ask too many questions - the "what am I fixing" questionnaire somewhat famously includes "decline to answer" - so she's probably attracted a few network members that have done something stupid. It's also possible you've been by for one of her car shows, where she's got shiny things all down the side of the road, and she definitely mingles then. Aside from that, she's around the bars on occasion, and she's out in the early mornings for a run every single day. That path used to take her close to points such as the Tuning Towers; unfortunately, something keeps changing her route every time she gets close, and she's figured out enough that she just plans to go a different way. Regardless, you've probably seen her out and about if you're up that early.

ETA - I forgot, Sunny has an older brother slot that I would love to have filled!

Open/Wanted CR: Honestly? I don't have terribly much in mind; Sunny is definitely "one of the guys" and acts like it, so if anyone needs a bro, she's your girl. Aside from that, anything. Hit me.

Other Info: The critical problem, as it stands right now, with apping a non-numbered character is that you can't get to the network. As a result, assuming nothing usable as an alternative comes up in the meantime, expect her to (aside from her own posts) show up in logs and call all the people. That said, I'm kind of excited to see how a "normal" character plays in the setting, so... yeah. I'm done. Everyone else will go into another top-level in a little while here.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's going to be in with the police, so she could have people she's worked or communicated before. Also, if any characters are in the habit of getting the book thrown at them, they might recognize her and vice versa.

No family, but she tends to develop strong friendships.

Open/Wanted CR: I'm open to pretty much anything!

Other Info: I usually play Shepard as a straight-up paragon, but I'm planning for her reincarnation to be more bad-cop with good intentions.

Erwin Smith/Edward Smith | Shingeki no Kyojin/Attack on Titan

Character: This old yaoi fart Erwin Smith
Pre-Incarnation: So yeah pre-incarnation this guy is the commander of the Survey Corps in the SNK universe, which is basically the group of people who go out on their bondage gear/grappling hook things and kill Titans and map the world outside the walls and they're basically rock stars because they're ~such brave wow very hero much savior~

And this hot asshole is the hella fine and sexy 13th leader of the Corps. He's basically super morally grey and willing to do just about anything to protect humanity and kill titans and stuff. He's super intelligent and calculating and clever and we still don't know all his motives and wow what a babe. His wiki page is here for a more detailed backstory.

However in this reincarnated form Edward Smith is just a thirty-something single dad/patent lawyer. He's easy-going and friendly and calm and yeah, he's a little too attached to being viewed as the cool, suave lady(and dude)killer he was in college. But he's getting some wrinkles and aches and pains and more than a few grey hairs -- courtesy of his 11-year-old daughter, Ella (who I kiiiinda headcanon as the reincarnation of Ilse from the anime extra) -- plus he's a hopeless meme dad, puns and lame jokes and totally out of touch w/ everything.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I'm open to Ed's coworkers -- who are nerds like him -- his boss, the secretaries, etc being played by whoever. Also his ex-wife (they were married for about 10 minutes when they were both 20/21ish and they remain amiable, but distant, mostly for Ella's sake; Edward has full custody) and maybe Ella too?

Open/Wanted CR: CANONMATES WOW COME 2 ME Eddie wants to be the cool big brother role and tends to get a little mother-hen-ish, especially with teenagers cause he's basically a teenager himself! He's cool, really! Also Levi/Rivaille wow come 2 him (I ship the old yaois ok). Other than that, he's open to other Dad types/probably more calculating scheming masterminds once he echoes back some of his badassery~

Other Info: I've neeeever played Erwin before help, and I'm totally new to STE so be kind to me/lemme know what needs tweaking. Also I know there's a lot of SNK ppl here already, so I'm totally up for anything and everything plot-wise!!

Arlene Sinclair | Larxene | Short Kid Beats Things With A Key

Pre-Incarnation: Larxene (Kingdom Hearts)

In her past life: Pretty much a terrible human being uh, person. Also a Nobody, so she's pretty much missing a vital chunk of her being and can't truly feel emotions. Whoops.
Today: Probably a college student (theater major? it seems fitting) and still kind of an asshole but not a completely terrible person.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I'm open to her having Numbered family! (I actually picture her little sister a bit like Naminé. I would, however, prefer she be unrelated to any other members of Organization XIII.) Her parents and sister live in the city, though with all that's been going down they're planning on moving, and it'd be easy enough to find an excuse for other relatives to come to Locke.

As for non-family CR, she's lived in Locke for much of her life and is a junior(?) at LCU, and she's pretty outgoing. Classmates and acquaintances, people she used to bully (like I said, she's a jerk), exes, roomies? Talk to me. :D

Open/Wanted CR: I don't have anything specific, but even as her reincarnation she's pretty abrasive and dramatic so if anyone's looking for negative CR here's your girl.

Other Info: I'm kicking around the idea of having her turn traitor against the Numbers at some point! I'll have to see how that can happen in season two.

Legato Bluesummers | Trigun

Character: Domenic Spada (i think that'll be it, anyway)
Pre-Incarnation: Legato Bluesummers

Reincarnation: Owner of a very expensive, very high-rated restaurant. A good samaritan, by all accounts, with a good reputation in the community. Was once accused of shady business dealings: nothing stuck. (Spoiler: he's actually involved with the mob. :|b) Softspoken, with high standards, but those standards mostly appear to pertain to food.

Preincarnation: This super swell human being.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: His history is still a work in progress, so there's plenty of room for pre-network CR. He tends to travel in "high class" circles, at the moment. Food is his true passion: any pre-network CR will have been fed by him. A lot. The only thing that's not on the table is past romance.

Open/Wanted CR: LITERALLY ANYTHING. Just be very aware that, while Domenic and Legato share a love of food, Domenic doesn't share Legato's passion for wiping out humanity. So … horribly doomed CR is very possible. (ALTERNATELY if your character isn't human, he probably won't wind up wanting them dead. So that's a plus! :Db)

Other Info: Legato is an incredibly powerful psychic and a mass murderer, for starters. It's entirely possible that, if things go that way, he may wind up wanting to help the aliens destroy humanity. I can't stress the 'doomed CR' thing enough if your character is human, sob.

Kazuma Kenzaki | Ken Bernal | Kamen Rider Blade

Pre-Incarnation: Kazuma Kenzaki (Kamen Rider Blade)

In his past life, Kenzaki was a professional Kamen Rider, a naive 20-something orphan employed by research group BOARD to help them collect information on the Undead, thought to be the secret to human immortality. When BOARD was all but destroyed and nearly all of the 52 Undead were released to wreak havoc, Kenzaki used the Kamen Rider system as Kamen Rider Blade to help seal these escaped Undead into cards. He spent the rest of his time being a huge dumbass and becoming friends with Hajima Aikawa. Then he does some things I won't detail because spoilers but they're really dumb and really selfless.

In this life, Ken Bernal is a nurse, the adopted son of a lawyer and a dentist in California. He recently moved to Locke City to be an ER nurse after his roommate back in CA decided to move to Arizona, making living alone cost prohibitive, and like hell he was moving back into his parents' house at 27.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He has a younger sister who's younger than him. I'm perfectly content to give him a roommate (or roommates) provided they're in the upper 20's! He works at the city hospital, most prominently in the ER.

Aleyis is kind of a vague idea I've had in my head for a while. She's from a fantasy-type setting, coming from a really poor family that lived on the outskirts of the woods. She's a rather spacey sort with a good imagination, and when she grew up, she tried to get a job as a woodland guide to help her family. She met most of the qualifications, really -- but the official organization wouldn't hire her because they thought her looniness would dissuade people from using her services. No, it wasn't the spaciness they had a problem with. It was that she claimed that the fist-sized rock she always carried around would talk to her.

The rock actually contains the spirit of a dead woodsman, who for whatever reason will speak only to her. She tripped over it one day when she was in the woods as a kid and after it started talking, she decided to take it home and considers it pretty much her best friend. She winds up travelling all over and taking odd jobs to make ends meet. Maintaining work is hard since so many people think she's nuts. :P

Aleyis has no supernatural abilities; she's more of a ranger-type. Good with bows, survival tactics, knows about plants and animals. Thanks to Graevus, the old fellow whose soul is inside the rock. He pretty much taught her everything she knows. Yes, seriously.

Lexi is a 25-year-old lady who also grew up poor and wound up working odd jobs and various menial positions both to make her own ends meet and to help out her family when she can. Janitor, waitress, cafeteria lady, pizza delivery, whatever. She's not exactly overqualified for any of these things and has probably done them all. Maybe also done some stuff that isn't strictly legal when she's desperate for cash.

Despite it all, Lexi is a really bubbly, cheerful sort. She believes in the goodness of people even though she's seen the rough side of life, and is still kind of spacey like her old self, but not quite as bad. Not sure what her first Echo will be, but I might just give her the rock back sans her old buddy being able to talk to her. :P

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: She's got a brother that's about three years younger than her, her parents are still together, and the whole family still lives in a pretty downtrodden area of Locke. Lexi had to drop out of highschool to get a job and help support the family, but if your character went to Locke high ten or eleven years ago, they might know her. Bosses or co-workers from any of her jobs are possible, as are some shadier types she might have done work for in order to score some quick cash. She's probably got a minor criminal record -- nothing violent -- so cop CR is possible, too. She's also known to hit the bars when she gets a bit of disposable cash, and has a pretty casual attitude toward hookups and such.

Open/Wanted CR: I can't say I have any specific plans for this, so I'm pretty open for whatever. She's going to try to be helpful in this whole mess because wow fighting an alien invasion is so cool!

Alice Elliot | Shadow Hearts

In this life, Alice is in her freshman year of college, studying to be a nurse. She volunteers at the local hospital, both for credit and because she does like to help people. She's also open and cheerful with a little bit of a childish/playful side.

Her preincarnation got wrapped up in a quest to save the world and gave up her soul to four cursed masks to protect her boyfriend. Because this is Shadow Hearts, and the bad ending is always canon. She had a number of mysterious powers which all boiled down to her being an rpg white mage.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Students, professors, hospital employees, and patients would all be welcome. As far as family, I haven't put too much thought into it yet. I'm definitely open to suggestions. I'd especially like for her to have siblings. An older sibling that she's staying with because it's cheaper than living on campus could be fun.

Open/Wanted CR: I'm open to pretty much anything.

Other Info: She's a bit nosy and meddlesome, so expect her to try to be helpful even when you'd rather she didn't. She'll probably get involved in a lot of volunteer work. Maybe eventually too much and wind up getting really burned out. At some point, she will also adopt some sort of stray animal.

Anything Else?: This is my first attempt at AU. I really have no idea what I'm doing, so any advice at all would be so very much appreciated.

Yoshio Aotani/Wataru Kurenai | Kamen Rider Kiva

There once was a little orphan-boy named Wataru. Unlike other orphans, he had his very own dragon-castle and a robo-bat guardian to raise him, as well as his own sweet crib where he could do whatever he wanted. Sadly, what he wanted was to be a hikikomori that creeped out his neighbors and found increasingly disgusting ways to make varnish--a destiny which would be foiled first by a micro-managing pre-teen, then by a meddling model and her button-obsessed beau with a penchant for fighting monsters. When he wasn't letting all of his friends run his life or proving that he was not the master of his own destiny, he moonlighted as a plastic suit wearing warrior of justice (and by justice we mean killing energy-vampire monsters just out for some lunch in the form of tasty, tasty humans).

Then there was Yoshio, whose life, on the other hand, was exceedingly ordinary. His parents were middle-class, second-generation Americans. Somewhat of a momma's boy, he ended up moving to the big city to go to school for accounting, even if he finds it terribly boring and tedious.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Parents, friends, classmates, etc. He's a life-long inhabitant of one of Locke City's suburbs, so anyone with a similar origin point could be a potential neighbor?? He's in LC for school, so classmates are also a viable option!

Open/Wanted CR: I would like Yoshio to have at least one bossy friend that he can sass, since Wataru spent most of his life being a doormat except at the most inconvenient times. Other than that, I am open to just about anything!

Other Info: Since the first few echoes that Yoshio will most likely get are, out of context, dubious at best, he'll probably have a very different idea of what he was like in his previous life than is actually true (i.e. "oh my gosh i was a weird monster thing that ate people D:" vs "i totally saved people's lives sometimes by defeating the monster of the week!"). So if at some point he attempts to be vaguely villainous, it's because the boy ain't bright. He'll get over it.

Gabriel West / Glorfindel (LOTR)

Pre-Incarnation: Glorfindel - Elf-Lord from the LOTR/Silmarillion. For those of you know know the canon the username should be enough to suggest that I'm going by the one Glorfindel theory, for those who aren't; Glorfindel was one of the few elves who killed a balrog, but he died in the process, and was then reborn and sent back to Middle Earth where he repeatedly terrified the Nazgûl. Also that prediction about the Witch-king being slain by no man? That was him.

Reincarnated, he's a 50something year old mostly ex-model who works as a botany lecturer and as a charity spokesman. He's charismatic and over the top friendly, but he's also kind and a good listener. He doesn't do drink or drugs, but he'll still be the man holding back your hair while you puke after over indulging at a party (and then take you home and feed you water and bread until you fall asleep and then tuck you in and make sure the house is secure before leaving more water and paracetamol by the bedside). He's also got a mischievous streak, but that's generally kept between friends, unless the press annoy him enough to have him release it on them.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities:

Other Info: At some point I'm hoping to have him forget English all together in place of one of his Elvish languages so anyone who can help him relearn would be awesome.

Anything Else?: Obviously this is all potential and I've been sitting on him for almost a month already, but I have his app done down to his personalities now (which is up on his account if anyone wants more info) so fingers crossed! I've set myself the deadline of getting it in by sunday.

Aguri Madoka | Doki Doki! Precure

Pre-Incarnation: Aguri is SPOILERS. Walking SPOILERS.

Short and to the point though, she is a late addition to the series, joining the Doki Doki team halfway through as Cure Ace. She appears as a young girl, younger than the others, but when she transforms she ages to appear older than them. She appears stern and strict at first, but is shown over time to have all the same concerns and wants any young girl might - something she often will try to skirt around but never is really able to.

But beyond that? Man, the series is still ongoing - I cannot hold all of these spoilers.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: So one thing about her here is that it's no mistake I only have Cure Ace icons on this account. One big thing that makes her such a fittingly unique character here is that she has some huge identity issues - age is one of them. So she'll appear here in her mid to late teens, putting her in that general age range.

She will probably be attending a private school, as opposed to the public ones. Her family is fairly well off, and Cure Ace's faux abrasively judgmental attitude is actually very much something that is GENUINE in her reincarnation. Though she'll mean well, there's as much possibility for her having run foul against anyone in the past as having had amicable interactions. But at the same time, she sort of means well in being kind of judging, just... perhaps does not implement it as well as she would like.

This does isolate her a bit, and she'll have other reasons for having closed herself off from people that I won't bog this post down with.

Open/Wanted CR: Bouncing off various magical girls and superheroes is gonna be a pretty obvious one. She'll have a certain approach stemming off her initial echoes that's going to separate her path from Lily's pretty naturally. That approach, and the fact it's going to take a LOT of echoes to become Cure Ace again by simple merits of everything required for it, is going to delay her joining the Precures, but I suspect she's likely to get there inevitably.

Beyond that, I'm good for about anything.

Hikaru Sakamaki (Hiromu Sakurada) & Nick | Spec-Ops Cell Go-Busters

Character: Hikaru Sakamaki (Hiromu Sakurada) & Nick (Cheeda Nick)
Pre-Incarnation: Red Buster of the Spec-Ops Cell Go-Busters, Hiromu is the lead character of the 36th Super Sentai. He is a super spy with super speed that pilots a super robot. He fights rubber robot monsters in red and black pleather. Nick is his neurotic robot partner who transforms into a motorcycle, or sometimes armor. His personality gets him into a lot of trouble pretty much forever.

But then so does Hiromu's.

Because Hiromu is kind of an asshole.

He has no real brain to mouth filter. He says what is on his mind, constantly, and tends to piss people off at regular intervals if you don't find that sort of thing refreshing. Because if you're being an idiot, he is straight up going to tell you.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: Hikaru is an eager young journalist who got a lucky break at Locke City's primary newspaper because his father Knows A Guy. Nick is his cat, once a kitten that belonged to his grease monkey neighbor when he was in high school, that Hikaru took in after the guy died in a motorcycle accident. Nick is a dumbass cat who constantly seems to get lost, even in his own house.

If your character is in their mid-20s, odds are Hikaru may have attended school with you, as he's been in Locke City most of his life.

There is also a good chance that various rumors of strange things might have been catching his eye lately. Once he puts 1+1 together, perhaps he might understand the context of certain things after he gets on the Network~

Nick is going to be a bit harder at first, because he's a cat, but I'll be up for anything either way.

Other Info: Hikaru's going to have some conflicts here going in. Story of a lifetime here! But he can't out it without getting himself killed. His being about as much a butt as Hiromu could be also probably won't do him a whole lot of favors. :D; For the start, Nick's just going to roll right along with whatever Hikaru does once he gets talking. Though expect much more freaking out from him. And often.

I have no concrete plans aside from him being a new kid in town when he gets his first echo. He moved into town between semesters. So p much everything from here down is going to be possible but not set in stone. He's going to be a senior in high school, coming to live with an aunt and uncle to get out of the city, I think. He'll be very charismatic and right off the bat he'll try to get involved in everything he can for coming in halfway through the year. Like drama club, and art club (the best damn artist you've ever seen) So he'll be p much Minato, except he's doing it on his own with no prompting.

Also he'll smile. And he'll be way more talkative. He'll still have a weird ass sense of humor, though. Also he plays MMOs that are dying. Because that I have to keep that in.

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: He'll have been in school for at least a little while before this, and he probably introduced himself to people in the stores and stuff in his neighborhood. And also all his neighbors. And anything you think could be feasible.

Zhaneel is a gryphon from the Heralds of Valdemar: Mage Wars book trilogy. The poor mite was an emotionally and physically abused magic using gryphon that slowly, with the help of friends and ADVENTURE!!! found herself and gained back her own voice and self-worth. Best and fastest flyer in her entire Wing and excellent shot with a crossbow. She has the ability to use mind speech and is immune to any/all magic that people might use on her. She could also be used as a magical conduit. }:7

Her Reincarnation will be approximately 19 and will no have been so lucky in the way of character development. Where her gryphon self has found her self-worth and stands up for herself, Zoey has not. She is from an abusive home and likely has has similar shit relationships. I'm leaning toward her being adopted and used solely as a form of funds for her adopted 'family'. Sadly, they really don't give a shit about her. She's starved for affection and attention, but doesn't think herself worth any of it. She thinks her parents abandoned her because she was so worthless. 8D

Pre-Network CR Opportunities: I'd be looking for a possible family environment for her, or will just hand wave the loving family. Perhaps some people that try to be her friend, even if its a sad attempt. Anyone that might want to take advantage of her, or had done so in the past. Bad boyfriend? She will likely have a simple office job (secretary or similar) or perhaps cashier somewhere??? IDK! Open to suggestions, really!

Open/Wanted CR: Everything! People to show her she's actually worth something. People to knock her down, literally and figuratively. She's an emotional and physical punching bag. Someone to maybe be her out of the shitty surroundings she's stuck in.

Other Info: She would talk to anyone and everyone and would likely have a thing for fantasy novels and such. People might explain that away as her 'escaping reality' but she's really just kind of draw to it. She doesn't make the best choices and befriends people that might not be good for her (often), but doesn't know better. To Zoey, any attention is good attention.
